An in-person walkthrough.
About a half hour on site. We walk the space with you, look past the surface, and talk through how you actually use the home. No obligation.

Before You Book
What new clients usually ask.
A few of the questions we hear most often when someone is just getting in touch.
How quickly will I hear back?
We respond to every inquiry within one business day — usually within a few hours. Calls placed during business hours often reach us directly. For everything else, expect a follow-up by phone or email the next morning at the latest.
Do I need to know exactly what I want before reaching out?
No. Most clients reach out with a rough idea — "the kitchen feels small," or "the bathroom hasn't been touched in twenty years." The consultation is where we walk the space together and turn that into a clearer picture of what's possible and what it would take.
Is the in-home consultation really free?
Yes. There's no charge for the visit and no obligation afterward. We'll walk the space with you, talk through scope and budget honestly, and only put together a detailed estimate if you'd like one.
What should I have ready for our visit?
Nothing required — but inspiration photos, a rough budget range, or any paperwork from a prior renovation are all useful. Most of all, plan for an hour where everyone who'll live with the project can be present and talk through what you actually want.
