The Method

Six stages, one steady rhythm.

There's no improvised path here. Every project we build moves through the same six phases — from the first walkthrough to the day we hand you the warranty. That consistency is what keeps a remodel calm, on schedule, and on budget.

Consultation

We start with a free in-home assessment — not a sales call. We walk the space together, ask how you actually use the home, what isn't working, and what you want the finished project to feel like. Budget enters the conversation from the first visit, because a scope that doesn't fit the budget isn't a plan.

Design & Selections

Once the project is clear, we develop drawings, material selections, and a defined scope. The care taken here is what keeps the build calm — every consequential choice resolved on paper, where a change costs a redraft rather than a wall. By the time the crew arrives, the project is fully drawn and specified.

Estimate

Your estimate is a single all-in price — labor, materials, subcontractors, and allowances folded into one number you can plan around. The scoping work is ours; what reaches you is a fixed price with the assumptions named, not a stack of line items to add up and second-guess. The number you sign is the number you pay; only the changes you authorize move it.

Build

A dedicated crew arrives on the scheduled start date and works the project straight through to completion. Photo updates post to your client portal throughout the build — you always know which phase the crew is in, what's done, and what's coming next. Your project lead is one person from start to finish — someone who knows the build inside and out, and stays close to it the whole way through.

Walkthrough

Before we call a project complete, we walk the finished space with you and build a shared punch list together. Anything that isn't right — a grout joint that needs attention, a door that binds, a paint edge that isn't clean — goes on the list and gets addressed before the final invoice. The walkthrough isn't a formality; it's the final quality check.

Warranty & Beyond

Our workmanship carries a written warranty, and we stand behind it. If something fails — a joint opens, a fixture leaks, a board moves — call us. We also know questions surface long after closing: how to maintain a finish, who to call for a follow-on trade, whether a new idea is feasible. We're a builder you can reach years after we finish.
